The Wichita KS Heart Ball will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018!
The American Heart Association and American Stroke Association’s annual Heart Ball is a premier event that will celebrate the impact the AHA community has had on building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke. The gala will recognize the accomplishments made over the past year through innovative research, strategic partnerships, advocacy and focus on the mission to improve the lives of all Americans.
Attendees: With a long tradition of attracting business leaders, physicians, professionals, philanthropists and other prominent community members the event will host 400+ attendees, who help raise critically-needed funds to support the Association’s lifesaving research, education and community-based initiatives.
Fundraising Goal: This year our goal is to raise $250,000 towards our lifesaving mission. Our collective success at the American Heart Association depends on working with partners and individual leaders, to find and implement solutions that make a difference in people’s health where and how they need it.
Why the AHA: Advocacy, Awareness, Education, Emergency Care, Nutrition, Research, and Technology. 79 cents of every dollar from all donations goes directly to the programs and services of the American Heart Association.
